Spectrum Inox 22/36 Round Stainless Steel Filter Housings

Taking flow capacities over 4,100 lpm with 6" relies on equipment that is not only durable, but designed to aid ease of use.

The three larger Spectrum Inox versions come as standard with heavy duty mounting legs for housing security and a bolt and davit arm configuration for quick, easy and safe cartridge chaneout.

The big brothers to the 5, 7 and 12 round housings , these larger sizes use 4" DN100 PN16 flange as standard to accommodate, with minimal pressure loss, flows of up to 4100 lpm. The top plate in these sizes has 4 rod threads to evenly spread compression over the 12 spring seals. this arrangement allows up to a 1" cartridge length variation and makes chaneout easy.

PN16 BS EN1092-1 flanges are standard. Drains are 1/2 on 22 round and 3/4 on 36 and 52. The 22, 36 and 52 round accept cartridges with an outer diameter (OD) of up to 2 5/8.

When using 222, 226 or 23/4 OD cartridges with 22, 36 and 52 round PFH series housing, the product code changes to a 21 (32 and 50 respectively), flow rates are pro rata.

FILTER ELEMENT NOT INCLUDED WITH HOUSING AND IS SOLD SEPERATELY - In options at bottom. Elements are available pleated, or cylindrical, pleated elements hold more dirt, whilst cylindrical elements are easier to clean.

When replacing elements in filter housings with screw-on bowls we always recommend the use of Silicon O Ring Grease to aid tightening of the bowl, preventing pinching & scuffing and thus prolonging the life of the O Ring
