UKSGL Winder Mk 4, 20m, Auto-Locking, for Fuel Samplers up to 500ml

Ideally suited for use with the range of samplers we sell, these winders are designed and made with the safety and convenience of operators in mind.

UK Sampling Gauges Ltd, MK 4 Winder is a compact, lightweight unit, recommended for use with smaller samplers – up to 500 ml capacity. It has been designed specifically to minimise the physical strain on the operator, in those situations where the operator has to carry the full weight of winder and sampler, often “at arm’s length”.

• The reel and winding handle give the operator complete control over the lowering and raising of the sampler.
• For added safety, the winder incorporates an automatic reel lock, which operates as soon as the winding knob is released.
• The winder can be used in all environments, as it is made entirely of stainless steel. The flexible cable is of small diameter stainless steel, to reduce the contamination that can occur with ropes and chains.
• The design of the hook minimises the risk of a sampler becoming detached from the winder.
• The hook and cable, together with the winder’s earthing strap, ensure electrical continuity and prevent the build-up of static electricity in the sampling system.
• To DIN EN ISO 3170, for manual sampling of petroleum liquids.
• Complete with support leg.
