Lever Fire Valves work by tensioning the stainless cord so the valve lever is held open, the stainless cord is joined in the area of the boiler by a Eutectic Soldered Link, this link melts in the event of a fire, and the valve closes.
Lever Fire Valves are an economical and space saving alternative to Drop-Weight / Free-Fall Fire Valves, and the same manual or electronic acutation switches can be used in the control cable.

Manual Quick Release:

Electro Manual Quick Release (EMQR):
Hit the button and the cable releases, closing the valve. Green & Red LED's indicate the unit status. 230v50Hz1PhAC or 24vDC.
Electromagnetic Quick Release (EMAG):
Electromagnetic cable hold, cable drops when power fails. 110v50Hz1PhAC, 230v50Hz1PhAC or 24vDC.
Electromagnetic Quick Release 2 (EMAG2):
Electromagnetic cable hold, cable drops when power fails. EMAG but with 0-volt contacts (Relay) so status can be output to auxillary equipment, alarms, beacons etc. 110v50Hz1PhAC, 230v50Hz1PhAC or 24vDC.
