IPL Plutone Bio, Statically Bonded (ATEX) Hose

Flexible hose produced with a special bio-based compound, obtained from natural sources, reinforced with steel spiral.  Resistant to several chemicals and to weather conditions. It can be conductive (R<102 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.

Food grade, according to Reg. EU 10/2011 (classes A,B, C and D1) and to FDA Regulations (CFR 21 Item 176.170). Suitable for conveying milk and dairy products.

Ideal solution for suction and delivery of food liquids, beverages, fruit juices, wine and liquors with up to 50% alcohol concentration as well as of milk and dairy products. It is often used for filling machines and dispensers.

Statically bonded, for use in ATEX Zone areas.

• RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive, REACH Regulation (1907/2006), TRB S 2153.
• By grounding the copper wire the hose is electrically bonded. The electrical resistance R ≤ 10㎡ Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC).
