Robinson 800 Series Heated Centrifuge, AC

The laboratory version of our popular Field Centrifuge, the Robinson 800 Series Heated Centrifuges are designed to operate from 115vAC or 230vAC power sources. The electric heaters are thermostatically controlled to maintain proper temperatures during testing. Each machine is equipped with an analog timer that allows the operator to set the testing time from 1 to 15 minutes.

Optional models are available with a revolving head that spins four (4) 100mL 6-inch short cones, four (4) 100mL pear shape tubes, or sixteen (16) 12.5mL tubes.

• Spring-loaded lid-latch keeps lid closed during operation.
• Lid access hole allows the operator to check centrifuge RPMs with a handheld tachometer while the lid is closed.
• Circular bowl design and ball bearing motor shaft support improve efficiency and extend motor life.
• IP 68 rated heater switches protect against dust and moisture to extend switch life.
• Front panel indicator lamp lights up while the centrifuge is in use.
